Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery area

Fi Akla currently delivers within the Cairo areas shown at checkout. Standard and extended areas may have different availability or fees. A complete address, valid Google Maps pin and Egyptian mobile number are required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate access and delivery information.

Delivery days and cutoffs

Regular delivery days are Sunday and Wednesday. Orders for Sunday close Saturday at 12:00 PM Cairo time. Orders for Wednesday close Tuesday at 12:00 PM Cairo time. Available windows are shown at checkout and may change for holidays, capacity limits or exceptional closures.

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available during the selected window. If delivery cannot be completed because the address, pin, phone number or access information is incorrect, or nobody is available, redelivery may be subject to availability and an additional fee.

We take reasonable care to meet the selected window, but Cairo traffic, weather, safety issues and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will contact you using the details provided where practicable.

Food safety

Refrigerate chilled food promptly after delivery and follow the storage and reheating instructions supplied. Contact us immediately if packaging is damaged, food arrives at an unsafe temperature or the order appears incorrect.
