Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms govern purchases and bookings made through Fi Akla at fiakla.com. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a contract and have provided accurate contact, delivery, dietary and payment information.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. An order or booking is accepted only when Fi Akla confirms it. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item, slot, delivery area, price or other information is unavailable or incorrect; any affected payment will be returned.
Weekly meals and Meal Pass purchases are payable using the methods offered at checkout. For الشيف عندك / Invite Us Over, the calendar reservation is EGP 0; groceries sourced by Fi Akla require the estimated grocery cost plus a 10% sourcing fee in advance, reconciled against receipts, and the service fee is payable after completion by cash or InstaPay.
Menus, availability and changes
Menus, ingredients, portions, prices, delivery slots and chef availability may change. We will not make a material substitution without informing you where reasonably possible. Exceptional closures or capacity limits may affect availability.
Allergies and dietary information
Customers must provide complete and accurate allergy information. Dietary preferences are not the same as medically important allergies. Our kitchen and suppliers handle common allergens and cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe allergies must contact Fi Akla before ordering; we may decline an order we cannot safely accommodate. We do not describe missing allergen information as “allergen-free.”
Customer responsibilities
For in-home services, you must provide safe access, a reasonably clean and working kitchen, the disclosed appliances and an adult contact on site. You are responsible for securing valuables, supervising children and pets, and disclosing access, safety or equipment issues in advance.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, Fi Akla is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
